Stream Grabber helps you to download Audios/Videos embedded in web pages. Its the only App which can download m3u8 stream (the most popular format which flash video can be on iOS) and play it offline. Once you play a embedded media, you can download it by tapping the down arrow. Then just playback whenever you want.

Would not recommend to buy.
It doesnt record anything and the tweet support page does not exist. There is a download folder where I guess I am supposed to enter a URL, except that the edit button doesnt produce the keyboard. I can load a web page with audio but no recording takes place amd there are no help file. Not sure why this was accepted to the app store. Running on IOS 5.1.1 on 4S.
It records video, but puts it into the documents file... Unable to move them to downloads or off my phone... Doesnt record videos after a while.
